An excellent choice. So much varied food

Beach facilities were very basic, however the beach and sea were natural.

Beach, pools, location, view, very large and well designed room, a nice bath tub at the balcony, pancakes at breakfast, collecting clams and corals along the beach, good access to Koh Hong with a longtail boat

Coffee needs to be improved, a lot of steps to walk (maybe not suitable for people who need wheelchairs)

The perfect beachfront pool villa with the comfortable bed, the amazing and clean private pool, direct door to the beach and lots of places to sit together and drink a beer, cocktail or eat a nice meal. The staff was always very helpful and kind and the breakfast was great. Also easy to catch a taxi or bolt to ao nang for going out in the evening.

We stayed here 2 years ago and returned as we enjoyed it last time. This time the food was as good but the place itself is starting to look as if it needs maintenance, tiles missing round pool, general painting required, etc. Staff still nice and friendly

We had some discussion about the room booked but the reception personnel was very cooperative and at the end we had a very large room at the top of the hill with a beautiful view towards the sea . The location of the hotel is far from the nearest village (Ao Nang) but on one of the best beaches of Krabi. We did not need to rush for occupying sun beds because there were always plenty . The breakfast was various with many options for cold or warm food , fuit , coffee machines and a view on the sea really breathtaking . The price was reasonable taking into account that all other neihboring hotels were much more expensive. Swimming pool was a little bit outdated but we enjoyed the sea that was warm , clean and not so deep. Plenty of islands to visit in front of the hotel with daily trips that can be booked at the hotel . Restaurant was not really imressive but nearby there is a very good one were you can select the fish or crustaceous , meat or local thai dishes . The fare to Ao Nang is worth the selection of restaurants available there. Overall a very nice vacation ( one week ) which we coupled with another week in Koh Lanta.

The hotel is dated, and in poor shape, the room we stayed in was in bad shape walls, all marked tables and chairs all scraped small bugs all over the floor and bed. We booked for 3 nights, but we stayed 1 only because we could find anywhere else until the following day I paid good money and got poor quality. Booking .com should be ashamed of themselves on giving this a great score. All other guest reviews are dated to 2020 as the most up to date on website. I went to the trip adviser and saw the ones the week before we stayed, and they all said the same as me. I know I can't get my money back, but I hope people read this and think twice before booking with you guys.

One of the best views. Dinner on the beach watching the sunset over the sea and islands nearby. Nice water temperature in the swimming pool. Good breakfast.

Staff was not as friendly as in other hotels in Thailand. Mostly old people in the hotel. Children playing loudly are frawned upon by other guests. The place is isolated. The only option for lunch or dinner was the hotel restaurant or taking a taxi to town. Rooms are looking rather old.

WARNING!!! This hotel was the absolute worst place I have ever been to in all the aspects and it does not deserve 4 stars at all, rather 2. The staff, especially in the restaurant and bar is beyond disrespectful with an unnecessary attitude when guests are asking for minor adjustments since they scream at you to go away and be satisfied. Further, they don’t greet or clean properly since the beach is filled with trash from days back that they don’t pick up after guests order and when you tell them to clean up they just say ok and don’t care. Also the majority of the staff can’t speak English so it’s not possible to communicate. I complained about these mentioned problems and received no compensation or understanding, just staff keeping each others back who does not care about living up to the hotels “standard”. I highly do not recommend anyone to visit this hotel, it ruined my first experience in Thailand.

Unfortunately we booked a jacuzzi sea view room for a special occasion but that was tarnished when we had to deal with engineering for an accumulated time of about 5h because: first the jacuzzi was super dirty, second because it didn’t work and when they fixed it for the first time it broke down again. Only then did they offer to move us to a different room. The manager from front office was of no help since she didn’t explain that the other rooms that were available on booking weren’t available on site, and offered only 10% F&B discount on drinks (even tho she said food and drinks first), which is a ridiculously low offer for the stress caused.
