l'endroit etait sympa, bien situé sans plus ! le personel de chambres etaient au top, tres gentil et tres sympa ! pour la location de scooter ils ont voulut nous arnaquer, surtout prendre des photos du vehicule avant de louer !!!

le personel de restauration est inadapté au service, ils ne sont pas du tout formé a ce metier, vraiment incompetant, nous avions la plus belle chambre de l'hotel avec piscine privé, acces directe a la mer, mais l'etablissement manque d'entretien, le prix ne corespond pas au produit ! on peut lui retirer des etoiles, les hotel à cotés sont vraiment beaucoup mieux ! je suis deçu de ce produit et je ne le conseil pas !

The hotel complex from outside looks amazing; beautiful garden, cascading building style all the way down to the beach. The waiting area when you check in lets you expect a luxe resort, BUT…

The interior and furniture of the first room we got was very old and teared down. At first rain, we got water entering the bedroom. The staff was friendly and tried to resolve, but unfortunately they came to fix it two days later. The next night we had rats in the ceiling and we were transferred to another room, which was much better. Other than all the other places on our trip in Thailand, the staff was not that helpful and friendly. And usually they are not to blame because this is a sign of bad management. If the owner / management just wants to make money and fails to give their staff a vision - something worth to work for - this is what happens. I bet the payment is very low and the treatment poor. I strongly suggest to the owners of the property to do something about that and this is to start with their own culture and mindset. Create a culture of serving and excellence, not just making money.

Some part of the open areas were quite dark in the evening, so I had a serious accident as I was unable to see a pond close to the entrance and parking area. As a result I walked into the pond, fell, on Christmas evening and I am still quite wounded, halting, with a couple of bruises. The hotel actually took this very seriously and improved the lighting. But I am afraid some hotels would give real discounts or other support because of such an accident. Other smaller issues: In general I like better cooking ie some of the food was half raw eg eggs. Otherwise everything was good.

Peaceful location, we got a great room, just a few steps from the pool and the beach, stunning views from the beach. Rooms were very nice, comfortable beds, large space with plenty of storage and a large bathroom with jacuzzi bath and good size shower area too. Really liked the style of the room.

Tolle Lage am schönsten Strandabschnitt des Tubkaek Beach, geräumige Zimmer, freundliches Personal, wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Bucht von den verschiedenen Etagen (sogar vom Pool aus direkter Strandblick) , unkomplizierte Bar- und Restaurant-Bereiche mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Eigentlich nichts - man sieht an manchen Ecken, dass das Hotel nicht super neu ist, aber das macht z.T. Den Charme der Anlage aus - muss nicht alles perfekt sein

I booked this as a treat for my daughter and friend who have been backpacking around Thailand as a Christmas treat.

On Christmas Day they had issues with WiFi and missed a meal booking so ate in hotel restaurant instead. They ate different dishes (both cooked). Five hours later my daughter’s friend became very unwell with food poisoning, they sort medical assistance and admitted to a clinic for IV and medication. The hotel only refunded the one meal and made them check out on time saying they needed room for incoming guest, no effort made to help at all. Very very poor service. For context they have been backpacking since Nov staying in hostels and eating in cheaper restaurants, with no issues. The source of the food poisoning was a chicken red curry, so chicken must have been off or not cooked through. We will be raising the issue with the FSA in Thailand

Las instalaciones, si bien eran un poco viejas eran cómodas y amplias. La habitación era amplia.

Los servicios en el alojamiento y en el restaurante tienen precios muy elevados según la calidad. A los precios del room service hay que añadir gastos del servicio, lo cual no me parece lógico.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, toller Strand, tolles Essen, Zimmer sind riesig. Frühstück ist auch gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder😍 Der Pool ist super und das Essen auch 🙃eine wunderbare Aussicht. Und tolle Sonnenuntergänge.🤩
