Lawana Resort

Har kun de varmeste anbefalinger å komme med når det gjelder Lawana Resort. Upåklagelig service, flott hotellområde, gode engelskunnskaper og fine Bungalower. Mulig beliggenheten kan føles litt dum med tanke på at det ligger nære ringveien og et stykke fra storby, men du merker ingenting til veien og en taxitur til Chaweng er både billig og ganske rask. Vil mye heller bo her neste gang jeg besøk Koh Samui enn i det slitsomme området ved Chaweng. Hotellet har egen strand som er veldig fin og har dypt vann (ikke en selvfølge på øyene i Thailand), selv om sanden er litt grov går det veldig fint. Vår bungalow var liten, men trivelig, AC fungert litt sløvt, men det ble kaldt nok til natten. Lawana Resort er for meg verdt en ny tur til Koh Samui, om ikke annet så bare for bo der igjen. Vakker hage med nydelige blomster over hele området.

I really liked the flowers and animals in the garden. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was good.

Einfaches Hotel direkt am schönen Sandstrand... Zimmer im hinteren Teil es Hotels nicht zu empfehlen. Die Bungalows sind okay. Frühstück sehr einfach, aber nicht schlecht. Preis/ Leistung stimmt.

Lawana was a nice hotel, it has a great location near the beach and local shops/restaurants. The room was nice and the staff were OK.

Vanta un' atmosfera familiare; è ben gestito e ben posizionato sul mare e vicino al villaggio dei pescatori; il tutto ad un prezzo decisamente abbordabile. Il personale è molto disponibile.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Schöner Garten. Personal sehr freundlich. Anlage insgesamt dicht konzipiert. Eher kleiner, aber eigener, Strand. Daher auch Mallorcafeeling. Insgesamt sehr komfortabler Pauschaltourismus.

I booked in here in November 2012 and had a 'Garden Deluxe Bungalow' First impressions of hotel reception is that it is tired and in need of some money spending on it... These 'deluxe' rooms are the worst they have. Air con broken, outside door to room wouldn't close or lock. The bathroom had holes in the wall and a sheet of plastic on the roof, it came with a dead lizard on the wall. The hotel DOES have some nice rooms but it also has some pretty dreadful rooms too. They wanted three times to upgrade so I checked out and checked in next door at the Ibis. These rooms make this resort a 1 star international in my opinion. They need to stop selling these 'deluxe' rooms and concentrate on the good rooms but dont sell economy 1 star rooms as 'deluxe' and then try to explain that in Thailand deluxe means 'budget'

This place was beautiful. Nice restaurant overlooking the beach. The beach with in walking distance. All staff were very friendly. Relaxing place.

Staff was not so good, but pool and restaurant is located just right by the beach. The garden is everywhere and very refreshing. Choose a bungalow and ask for one nearby beach.
