I like the higher amount which I paid using booking.com , next time won’t book hotel using this site. Please refund my amount. Paid higher for rooms which is not at all worth.

Booking.com didn’t verify the property, provided higher price to book such hotels . You should refund my money

Cleanliness n housekeeping. Entire hot😁l was with dust

Das Hotel hat kein Warmwasser, keine Gaststätte. Im Zimmer und Bad krabbeln abends Käfer rum. Dieses Hotel sollte von Booking com nicht mehr unterstützt werden.

Very nearer to Railway station

(1)Dust accumulated on the hotel items (2)No hangers to locate shirt / pant in the room (3)Bed sheet very thin one (4)Pillow is very basic (5)After booking through booking.com, again, we need to call Hotel Superme and discuss with them on our reservation. Then we need to make payment and sent to screenshot. After this only, reservation cycle is completed. These steps are not mentioned in Booking.com. It is mentioned in the mail received from Hotel. This is too complicated process. Also, in the hotel mail, it is mentioned as if we are not reporting with 2PM, they will cancel the room. So we need to remember and call the hotel on the day before 2PM to inform when we shall checkin the hotel (Please note that already we paid full payment)
