Hotel Supreme

Nothing was stated while booking, the reception told that check-out time is 12 Noon, whereas when booked over counter it is 24 hours. This is bad. It didn't suit me. Hence i have to look for another hotel.

The behavior of the reception.

I booked a room for one day on 11 th December 2025. The room was ok ok. The staff is very rood. There was no tea/coffee maker in the room. Only one water bottle for two people. There was a very old lady, 70 yrs old, for carrying luggage . This was really very embarrassing. Hotel location is good. Just 750 mtrs from railway station and 2 Km from Madurai temple. Room cost was very high, Rs 2500/- per day, which was very very high looking to hotel facilities and services.

Worst experience here no basic facilities even priorly i booked and came with family they simply not allotted room and ask us to wait for more than a hour in reception and forcing us to cancel the booking and after give two rooms with double the booking rate, no receipt given only cash n carry room doesn’t have inside locks

No basic facilities charged like three star hotel but provide like janatha mansion type rooms

Location is very close to railway station

Bathroom is not very clean and no hot water

Very worst smell in room. Durtey cushion chair. Bathroom tap where not working properly.
