They have cheated us. We have booked 2 rooms in bookings.com, But they had sold those rooms to someone else. They didn't even inform us over phone. They have informed us only after reaching hotel in the mid night. It is very difficult to get hotel room mid night. This is not right.

There is nothing to like about the property

1. As soon as i have booked the stay in booking.com i received a msg from hotel about payment. They asked to gpay but not to upi. And both seems same number. To clarify the doubt I whatsapped them- no response. I called the reception - he just asked payment payment. Dont even know proper communication when i called the whatsapp number I got a messge says no call, only whatsapp. But no response in whatsapp. It was almost a 2-3hr effort to get someone on line 2. During check in the same staff was blaming us for our breaking line and when i asked why no responses in whatsapp, he didnt cared to respond 3. We got a shaby room with cracking sound of fan, full of dust, dim light,very bad toilets. They say view from room,i dare you to move the curtain. Then we have to argue them to get a better room. Which was better than the first one. The hotel is at a shabby place. Dont recommend to ladies, solo travellers, families or anyone looking for a comfortable stay

What ever you see on pictures nothing is there.so run-down. So rude staff front desk. Some of them ok. No restaurant on rooftop. Need up dates the website. Not happy what i see
