The breakfast was good.

It was hard to adjust the AC. It was either very cold or very warm.

We have been staying at this specific hotel for the past seven years. We stay twice a year to visit family. We stay loyal to this hotel because of the overwhelming feeling of being treated by staff like family and not just a customer. Kristina (Assistant General Manager) makes sure that our stay is made very comfortable and always smiles which makes a cheerful environment!! The front desk agents -- Sarah, Priscilla and Austin-- go beyond what is expected of an employee. I can very well attest to this based upon other hotels in different states that we stayed. Priscilla makes sure upon check-in that we are satisfied with our room location by showing us on a map of rooms. If we want a different location (floor, room bank, etc) she always adheres to our requests. Sarah is just phenomenal! She usually works second shift and handled any evening requests we may have had while also checking in customers. No matter how late in the evening Sarah will ask with a smile if we need anything and how our stay is going. Austin is just awesome. Like the other agents he always offers bottles of water, inquires about our stay and asks if there is anything else we need to improve our stay. The entire staff goes up and beyond what any employer can request from their employees. I can honestly say every hotel company can learn much from this specific hotel location. Finally, the morning continental breakfast not only provides a wide variety of hot and cold foods but also numerous juices, milk and coffee. What makes this breakfast very appealing is not only the quality food but the extreme constant cleanliness and sanitary. This is all provided by Adriana who does a fabulous job! One can notice the pride Adriana takes in her job. As busy as it can get I've noticed Adriana on many occasions take the time to ask people at tables if there is anything she can get them! Of all the hotels I have stayed in my life that offer a continental breakfast have I've seen an employee walk around table to table asking if they can get us anything!!! The Marriott Springhill Suites Irvine/John Wayne Airport hotel is top notch!! If you're looking for hospitality, cleanliness, friendliness, great price rates and terrific service, then this is your place to stay!!!
