Everything was good felt comfortable

Check-in was a great start to the stay — the staff were friendly, warm, and efficient, making the arrival process smooth and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was a nice perk and offered a good variety. Options included hot oatmeal with a selection of toppings, bagels, eggs, yogurt, and mini muffins, which made it easy for everyone in the family to find something they enjoyed. The room was generally clean; however, the furnishings could benefit from updates. The mattress was noticeably lumpy, which made for a less comfortable night’s sleep. One significant concern was the bathroom design: both the main bathroom and the half bath (toilet room) have sliding doors on rollers without locks or door knobs. The doors did not stay closed reliably and rolled open unexpectedly while a family member was using the toilet, which was uncomfortable and compromised privacy. Overall, the staff was the highlight, but improvements to room comfort and bathroom privacy would greatly enhance the guest experience.

I was in town for a single night and needed something convenient to the airport. This hotel was a fine choice. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. My request for a late checkout was honored, which worked perfectly for my afternoon flight. The breakfast was pretty standard for the brand. Overall I had a fine stay here and would stay again.

Pros: Clean grounds and rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast make yourself waffles were good. Fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. Great pillows. Shower and toilet separate. A/c worked great, quiet.. Cons: hear planes landing until midnite. Also lots of traffic heard all hours on Mac Arthur. Walls and ceilings thin. Hear hallway , other rooms and footsteps above. Other springhill suites visited have a separate kitchen area, full size refrigerator, sink etc.. this one did not. Soap, shampoo conditioner dispenser fell off wall in shower, making it unusable.

The hotel was fine. What really stood out was the front desk staff. A gentlemen, whose name I didn’t get, and Juanita were friendly and professional. They both had a genuine smile and good sense of humor. It’s too bad that stands out, but good service is hard to find these days. I would stay here again.

Paige was such a delight during check-in! She greeted me with a smile, was warm, welcoming and answered my questions to the best of her ability.
