T V very difficult to operate. Door card/cellphone cancellation of card use is ridiculous !!!!

The breakfast was okay. It was a bit bland, but was decent. I wish the ingredients would’ve been a bit better. Seemed a little cheap for my liking.

Gravy was bland. I could tell the eggs were powdered. The biscuits had a weird chemical taste. I guess it was the bleach in the flour. Oh and the sausage was very cheap and fatty tasting.

Breakfast was good. Facility was awesome. Location good great. Front desk staff great.

We had two queen beds. When we pulled the covers back, the fitted sheets on both beds had pubic hair on them.

I paid for a room with a hot tub because I hurt my back and wanted a good soak. I live just a few miles from the hotel. I booked it through booking.com and used afterpay so the room was paid in full when we checked in. The first thing I did was try the tub. I have found sometimes they are not cleaned well so I always fill it and run the jets to make sure nothing nasty comes out. Well the button that starts the jets would not stay engaged. I tried to call the front desk but the phone in that room wouldn't connect for some reason and the red message light would not stop flashing (annoying when its right next to your head when laying down). Called from the other room and spoke to Tammy. She was so wonderful. She did all she could to fix it. We wanted to just get a refund and leave but she said that was not possible because we booked the room through a third party. The next day I spoke with Ms. Patel and she sent someone up to see if they could fix it so I could use it before checkout. He was unable to. I was so sad! She offered me 50% off my next stay there on the same type of room. I was happy she offered that but honestly I would have left the night before if the room wasn't already paid for and saved the money for another night. My husband and I like to take a night to ourselves occasionally around town and we spent Christmas money to rent it. I would have liked to been offered a free night in the future since I didn't have the option to leave without being charged when we discovered the hot tub didn't work. It was a wonderful room otherwise. Just not what we wanted when we spent so much on it. We don't even know when we will be able to afford the 50% off offer given as it is more expensive per night directly through the hotel versus what we paid through booking.com The hotel overall was clean and well maintained otherwise. Good amenities for the price. Pool was closed down due to roudy kids so I couldn't use the hot tub in there either. Water pressure was not good and the overhead fixture was very awkward. There were kids above us that ran around that room from the time they were kicked out of the pool until we left the next day practically. Thankfully we are used to that in the 2 story house we live in.

The location was excellent. The room was roomy and big.

I did not like all the dogs that was there.I wish they would have told me that it was a dog friendly hotel i had no problems or issue with the cleaning ladies, but the rooms could have been better clean. The table the frigerator could have used more cleaning. I felt like germs were still hanging it did not feel very clean.
