Location, staff, clean

WiFi sucks. Random things need repaired. Desk legs bent inward. Caulking in the shower missing. Shower rod installed improperly so that the shower curtain won't stay open which causes the water to go all over the floor. Wall plate for an old cable connection was hanging out of the socket.The bed leaned to the side closest to the nightstand. I feel like the room was overpriced by 20 percent.

"XMAS at La Quinta"

clean and quiet rooms. (HINT - air units are controlled on the wall thermostat) - breakfast is well maintained and are is very clean. Elevator is V-E-R-Y slow, so just don't get in a hurry and all is good.

"Nice for a quick stay, but internet is spotty"

The hotel is in a great location. The fitness center is a good size and has free weights. Pool looks fine but we did not use it. The breakfast was also ok. The biggest problem is that 1. Key cards do not open the back door at all. You have to walk to the main entrance. Both of our cards would not access this door. 2. Internet is very limited. We were in a back corner room and the wifi could not reach us. We had to go into the hallway to access wifi.
