Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Byram/Jackson South, MS

The staff was very accommodating when booking.com mess up my reservation. Also throughout the weekend.

Wasn’t clean stain carpet, found panty in corner by bed,/window bathroom sink stopper was missing, bath tub was stained, the room had a smell, black stains by air conditioning, Towels were stained and they ran out of towels.

The check in staff was very pleasant. She moved my room as the original room had animal hair all over the floors and furniture. The same lady was nice to change our towels the 2nd day as nobody brought us fresh towels after we turned in the dirty ones. The same lady didn't mind reprogramming our keycards 2x and walk to our room to ensure they worked after the 3rd time of me going to report they didn't work.

Didn’t get room clean and first room had hair on bed second one did too but I managed too bring my own cleaning stuff clean it for my babies safety

The remodeled location exceeded expectations.

The two ladies that I encountered at the front desk were both talking on their personal phone every time I needed to make contact with them. At one point I had to go get the night shift lady employee from outside the building to ask her for towels because she was talking on the phone outside and didn’t see us standing at the front desk.

Clean and it’s a nice hotel.

Overall my stay was nice, excellent check in service. Only bad thing was my room toilet was out of orders and was never fixed. I did report before I left.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in byram. Checked in fast and well cleaned

Location

I stayed there 2 weekends straight but this particular stay was not satisfying, there were no towels in the room, my linen was dirty and when I asked for towels and clean linen I was told none was available
