Gentillesse du personnel et propreté de l'hôtel Calme

J'avais reçu un email de Booking me confirmant que l'hôtel était d'accord de venir me chercher à l'aéroport sans supplément de prix. Arrivé à l'aéroport, personne ! Après réclamation à la réception, la responsable m'a confirmé que JAMAIS ils ne proposent ce service. Elle a lu l'email et ne comprends pas !!

"The sunset spot in Guiliz"

The best spot rooftop in the center of Guiliz , i enjoyed the sunset and the drinks ,the stuff was helpful and amazing especially Mr Amrani and Mr Farouk . They have shisha also .

L’emplacement est parfait en plein centre de Marrakech avec tout à côté.

La literie est pas très confortable, les coussins beaucoup trop gros et durs, le vis à vis avec l’immeuble d’en face (fenêtre dans la salle de bain si on allume la lumière on voit tout même si il y a un store). L’impression que les fenêtres sont ouvertes alors qu’elles sont fermées on entend absolument tous ce qui se passe dans la rue.
