In Fashion Hotel & Spa

Literally a nightmare. The nightclub next door was so loud that it vibrated the whole hotel and there was absolutely no chance of sleep between 9pm and 3am every day of the week. There was no coffee pot in the room (as shown in all their advertising).There were no patio umbrellas. The pools were dirty and cold. The loungers were also dirty and broken. The beds and pillows were the best feature. Nice quiet air conditioning. Hot water and good pressure for showers.

Good service

I wouldn’t recommend to anyone with small children. I didn’t realize it was right on the strip by coco bongo and all the clubs, so u can hear all the music every night till 3 in the morning. It was hard to sleep. Also a lot of people partying right outside. I had a very neat and spacious room with two showers and two sinks. It’s also very dark, not enough lighting to do your makeup.

Very bad management and horrible smell

The pictures are much nicer than the actual property and rooms. The family suite we got was quite small for 7 people. The shower was not separate from the main living space and could be seen in the mirror. Although the shower glass door was frosted, if you got undressed to shower, other people in the room could see you. It was not a good fit for us as we were with my baby, parents, and brother. Also, the room smelled strange, and there were hairs around the room. It did not feel clean. The faucets were rusty and the bathroom sink was worn and lifted from water damage. I suppose you get what you pay for. It is very close to anything and everything you would need. Though that means it is quite loud at night. There are two pools which seemed nice. Additionally, they did let us check out early and only charged us one night as penalty. I would not stay here again though.

Everything was great staff was friendly

Lets start with the quality of the water , i have stayed in many places in playa , the water is not the greatest anywhere in mexico really but in this Hotel smells like rotten eggs . I could not even brush my teeth with it. Second they had a power outage for 7 hours, no water or electricity for 7 hours. We could not even go to the hotel for that time, they offered us a free night and then tried charging us for the night anyway. When i tried to talk to them about what they offered they acted like i was begging for a free night and did not want to address that when they had no electricity we basically did not have a hotel to stay at. DO NOT STAY HERE. They are many other places with better amenities and way better all over Playa .

Big room, the facilities need maintanance it feels old, smells humid, no soap/toilet paper in the public bathrooms, but great location and price

Great location, pretty quite even with noise on the street, could use some maintenance and better cleaning.
