The area is great, the various receptioniat were helpful with things to do. What was surprising even in a suite, constant used features needed to be fixed. Bathroom seat lose and kept coming off, bathroom door handle also lose. We could have got stuck in there that's how bad the handle was.

Staff was friendly and location was great! My only complaint- the shower head was corroded with calcium buildup. No water coming out. Worst shower with no pressure, no hot water, and a few trickle of water.

I enjoyed a week vacation at Cancun with my daughter. The hotel stay at was as advertised. Clean rooms, support provided when requested and people were friendly. Added breakfast buffet were really good. There was some sound coming from Coco Bongo (I didn’t went for the show, but see the huge line specially on Friday night), not so disturbing though, I would recommend the stay at In Fashion Hotel & Spa.

"Not what I expected! "

When I first booked this hotel, it went with the photos they had posted, when me and my family arrived it looked nothing like the pictures we saw on the internet. The rooms were very outdated and floors were dirty and not to mention bathrooms were so old and they didn’t work properly. I will never stay at this hotel ever again.

I’m going to give the staff an excellent score, but there was one guy that gave me a little trouble at the front desk. My group arrived later than I did and we had to pay an additional amount per person staying in the room which I think if Expedia or the hotel info on line would have said that up front it would have not been a problem. But that did have us have to have a difficult conversation with the staff member. Ultimately having to get another room. Other that that this place is a hidden Gem, it’s super inexpensive to stay and it’s in walking distance from every thing that you want to do. This place is perfect.
