Lagoon Breeze Villas

The daily breakfast was awesome and the staff were very friendly - including the owner who spoke to people at breakfast most mornings. The location was perfect - across road from a lovely lagoon that was perfect for snorkelling. Water activity gear was available for use. The pool was really lovely too.

The rooms were a bit hot (although there was air con in the bedrooms) and the pool was busy with children so it was sometimes hard to have a nice quiet soak - great for families but maybe not for those without children.

The room was nice and spacey, air conditioning were functional. Walking distance from a nice beach. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Good food variety for breakfast, the little playground and pool area were extremely useful for entertaining my kid when it's too hot to go to the beach. Highly recommend staying here if you are a family with little kids.

Roosters started crowing from midnight making it hard to sleep and cockroaches in the toilet - things you can't really avoid on a tropical island

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice comfortable rooms. Facilities for cooking were good. The garden is beautiful, with workers busy keeping it nice.. Units at the back have a view of the mountains. The pool was great. I was in it every day. Borrowed the hotel's snorkels and reef shoes. Found tropical fish around coral in the sea over the road.

I would have liked an air cond in the living room as well as the bedroom. It would have been OK with a smaller (queen sized) bed and 2 little arm chairs in the bedroom to sit in the cool of the bedroom and read. The roosters and visiting dog did not upset us- Part of Rarotonga! Other guests were friendly at breakfast and at the pool. Units near us were empty and quiet.

The peacefulness, location and just proximity to the beach being across the road.

Friendly staff, lots of equipment such as snorkels and a kayak, great pool, really spacious and nice rooms, well maintained grounds, breakfast was really yummy and a great Pina Colada during happy hour.

Perfect location. Lovely, friendly staff who made you feel welcome. It had all the amenities you could ask for. Super handy having a laundry to use. The pool was great, we were in it all the time. Our toddler loved the toddler pool! Nice and peaceful - it wasn’t loud and hectic like the big resorts. Yummy continental breakfast with fresh fruit.

Lovely to have aircon. The aircon in the bedroom was fab but the remainder of the villa didn’t have a separate aircon unit. So, even with the bedroom door open and windows closed it was still quite warm in the lounge and kitchen etc. Although, we are aware it was very hot outside so were still very grateful for the slightly cooler room when we came inside!
