Lovely tropical continental breakfast. Clean rooms.lovely well kept tropical garden. Easy access to beach and local bus

We booked a studio with garden view with aircon, but were given a 1 bedroom villa which on,y had aircon in the bedroom and one small fan for the other areas. It was unbearably hot. Later we moved to another villa that had a ceiling fan which helped but the internet access was terrible. We had to go to the breakfast area and reception to use the internet. On the 2nd last day rain water leaked into tge wardrobe and soaked 50% of our clothes. Then on the last day the airport transfer we booked didnt turn up at 6am We waited over an hour. Firtunately the gardener helped us to ring up and they said sorry we dudnt get your booking.

Awesome location, some of the best snorkling right out the front of the complex. Walking distance to restaurants and a convenience store. Motorbike and car rentals 5 min walk away. Breakfast was lovely, fresh fruits etc. couldn’t have asked for anything else. Will be staying again for sure

This place is itself a little complete happy spot, a kind of combination of everything which a person requires for vacation. Staff highly accommodating, couldn’t thank Vikki enough for her kindness and understanding while staying with toddler. Breakfast is basic, however, good variety to start your day. For toddlers - absolutely fun loving place having pool, swings, trampoline. We would definitely recommends to our friends and would love to visit again.

Loved the breakfast - great amount of local fresh fruits, toast & cereal. The pool was great to have. Night swims are a must!!! Beach area was abit rocky during low tide to snorkel/kayak but still nice particularly for finding hermit crabs on the sand- PS: pays to walk 5mins towards the Rarotongan Resort for that reef area, so much sea life we even saw a turtle!! Staff were so so friendly!!! Big meitaki to our cleaning lady - you were awesome! Taking our rubbish & giving us an abundance of fresh towels. Awesome that you can check out at anytime too. We are going to miss our puppy friend with the lopsided ears - he was such a sweet boy.

Typical Island things but the ANTS ugh, they just get into the villa so easily with any small trace of food. FYIs - manageable but annoying sometimes Shower: went either too hot or too cold Bed: it’s a spring mattress There was a leak (villa 24) when it rained heavy

Lovely expansive grounds with grass for our little one to run around, it’s quiet relaxing and safe. Staff were so friendly and helpful. A/C and fans worked so well in our room so everyone slept wonderfully. I loved that it doesn’t have all the regulations like the large resorts - we were able to help ourselves to the snorkelling gear etc. brekkie was an added bonus :)

Be great to have a slightly heated pool for the colder months.

Location is the best! Nice spacious grounds, quiet and peaceful (felt very safe). In room safes were a bonus however the way the property was laid out meant only staff and guests were able to access, which gave further comfort. Just across the road from arguably the best swimming and snorkelling area on the island. Easy access to kayak and snorkelling gear including a good selection of reef shoes. 2 mins along the beach and we were at Aroa Lagoon where we swam with Turtles! Property ideally set for families with young kids play and pool areas and we also really enjoyed the social aspect of the tropical morning breakfast area beside the playground. (If not travelling with kids the Villas are well enough spaced that you can also have private area and in room kitchenette means you can also self-cater if preferred). We loved our stay and will definitely return!

Amazing staff, very helpful to anything we needed

The one bedroom villa was very tidy, clean and everything you need. We had a family of 4, kids 13 and 18yrs so they stayed in the single beds in the lounge and we had the bedroom. They had a ceiling fan and we had a fan and AC. We had a dining table and chairs inside and another table and chairs outside. The kitchen had a two element gas cook top, no oven, full fridge and a microwave. Our only negative and it wasn't a major but is good to know was there was a lack of kitchen accessories like a chopping board, cooking utensils, no containers or any basics like salt and pepper etc. Staff were lovely, lots of snorkels etc. There was one kayak free to use any time. The pool was really lovely, loungers and umbrellas. Great location, across the road and about 100 metres to the right there is a gorgeous beach you can snorkel off. This was the best snorkelling we found on the island to be honest, that and Muri which is only a 10 minute drive max.
