"Great location "

We stayed at Four Points Arusha for a night before our safari. The hotel is conveniently located about 20-30 minutes from Arusha Airport, and the staff at the check-in desk were very friendly. Unfortunately, the rooms had a musty smell, and smelled like stale cigarettes, and the air conditioning was very noisy, even when switched off.

The room was beautiful with all necessary utensils. the staff was very welcoming and tried everything to make our stay beautiful. The breakfast was amazing

Some staff members are not fluent with English speaking and this becomes a barrier to communucation. Also, they are not responsive to enquiries during the booking

"Only luxary hotel around"

This is a very western style hotel - you feel for a moment outside. The gardens are very nice and the staff in resturant are great.

"Amazing post safari retreat."

Amazing hotel in the middle of Arusha that is a great starting or ending point of any safari. Great food, architecture and design with amazingly spacious rooms. The staff was very welcoming and they provided us smooth airport transport.

The bathroom has no ventilation switch so after shower it stayed humid all night.

"Excellent place to stay, safe haven in the center of Arusha away from traffic and noise"

This is an excellent choice if you are staying in Arusha ahead of your safari. The city of Arusha in itself is not extremely beautiful but this hotel in the city center feels like a safe haven, with its very nice colonial architecture and its gardens that keep you away from the traffic's noise. The rooms are clean and the facilities are excellent (gym, pool, etc). We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious, the buffet in the morning was also great!
