Four Points By Sheraton Arusha, The Arusha Hotel

Such a lovely stay. Heart of town, but peaceful. Stay was so kind, rooms very clean and bed was comfy!

We stayed 2 nights @ Sheraton 4points. The food was very disappointing… On the first day, the Fish & Chicken were too dry. On 2nd night, the Beef Ghoulash was inedible… Generally, all the food was very bland. The towels in the bathroom looked “old & tired”. There was no conditioner in the bottle in the bathroom. There was no tissue in the tissue box. We shall not stay in this hotel again.

Wonderful Experience staying with a helpful and happy staff who go out of the way to take care of you. From the kitchen to the bar and the front desk to the pool, this hotel provides a luxurious experience in the heart of East Africa. Safari awaits outside the gates, but why leave when you can stay at THE Arusha Hotel.

The grand dame of hotels in Arusha as it's oldest hotel, where comfort and service reign.. This hotel was perfect for relaxing after Kilimanjaro, a safari and voyage to Zanzibar as the trip to Tanzania wound down. The proximity to the downtown area is perfect for those who want to walk and experience Arusha. The grounds are beautiful with mature gardens and trees, creating a sense of being in a tropical paradise. The a la carte menu at the restaurant and bar have a nice variety of options for everyone, with several fabulous vegan and vegetarian options. The breakfast was the best experienced over stats at several hotels in Arusha during this trip. The onsite coffee shop is a nice feature with good coffee and within a 2 minute walk there are local coffee shops that are excellent as well. A well equipped fitness centre and pool are features I really enjoyed.

Nice Hotel

While researching a good hotel for my clients in Arusha, I stayed at the Four Points Hotel, which was a memorable experience. The hotel blends modern amenities with the charm of Tanzanian culture. The rooms were spacious, with beautiful views of Mount Meru, and the staff's hospitality was exceptional. The restaurant offered a delightful mix of local and international cuisine, perfect after a day of exploring. Its central location made it convenient for visiting nearby attractions like Arusha National Park and local markets. Overall, it was the perfect base for my adventure in Arusha.
