Four Points By Sheraton Arusha, The Arusha Hotel

We stayed here 2 nights prior to going on safari in Tanzania and it was the perfect hotel to unwind after a long flight and travel time. Breakfast is great with lots of different options and the grounds are lovely with an outdoor bar area to enjoy a drink and a wood fired pizza. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly and they really make the hotel what it is. One member of staff even helped us to get some more malaria tablets and other toiletries from the town, which was much appreciated! I recommend this hotel for anyone stopping in Arusha!

We arrived around 8:30pm after a long day of flights and ride from JRO. We were given a room that was old, smelled musty and seemed to be ADA (shower door was removed, including hinges, but the space was still cut on the glass) without being disclosed. The toilet being so high is uncomfortable to sit on. This, with the fact that we are Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite Members is not acceptable. Some of the staff was wonderful while some, like the gentleman who checked us in, didn’t seem to care much. Dinner buffet was ok, correct. Breakfast was better. So overall a disappointing first night in Africa.

It's a nice hotel, with very clean and spacious rooms. I really enjoyed the common area with beautiful terrace and garden. Rooms were spacious and clean but slightly outdated. It's nothing wrong, just hard to compare with brand new hotels to which I would give 5 stars.

Clean and well maintained.

This is a great hotel right in the middle of Arusha. Good breakfast, spacious rooms and a big beautiful garden to wander through. Take advantage of happy hour in the Hatari Bar. A few notes: Arusha is a busy, noisy city and you're right in the middle of it. Don't expect rooms near the road to be quiet. Doesn't bother us as we live in a busy city, but might bother you if you're not used to it. The front desk will arrange a driver for you to take you wherever you need to go, but there are a few decent coffeeshops/restaurants you can walk to, as well.

Nice hotel in Arusha with a pool and a decent restaurant. Rooms and property were clean and well-kept, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I stayed at Four Points Arusha for 2 nights between my safari and Kilimanjaro climb. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe throughout my stay. The location is excellent—within walking distance of attractions like the Maasai Market. The breakfast spread was great, and I also had dinner at their restaurant, which was decent and convenient. Overall, a comfortable and reliable base in Arusha.

All good, location was just right to move around the city. Staff where amazing and breakfast was amazing

My only complaint about this hotel was that I didn't get enough time to fully enjoy it! The front desk staff was so nice an accommodating (I ran out of toothpaste, and they hooked me up!) and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious! It was conveniently located. We walked to a restaurant with no issues and felt plenty safe in this great little town. The beds were plenty comfortable for resting our bones after our Kilimanjaro hike and they have a beautiful Tanzanite boutique right onsite which we also took advantage of.
