Four Points By Sheraton Arusha, The Arusha Hotel

Lovely suite, lots of space.

DON'T COME!! place is in the middle of chaotic traffic with no traffic light. entrance gate is real low-key. we then waited for 40+min to check in. assigned to rm #802. yet hotel only has 3 floors with rm on the 2nd floor. finally asked the cleaning lady to take us to our rm. we went thru emergency door, outside court yard to this rm. still did not know how to retract it. had to call a bell boy to lead us out. we traveled & cruised all over the world. rearly saw big name hotel with such disorganization on both front desk service as well as facility. As to room..., all I can say king size bed in queen size. Getting around the room is like playing games of bumping-knees. This place is a real mistake!!! Don't come!

The hotel is mid city. Rooms vary depending on building. Mine was in a newish building. It was large with a queen bed and a desk and chair. But little else. It was stark and could have used a couch or comfortable sitting area. Bathroom was clean but very basic. Food was good with a friendly staff.

Helpful friendly staff, very clean space. Accommodations were very nice with nice amenities and a small refrigerator.

Every thing was amazing. Rooms immaculately clean and spacious, food very good and lobby area and grounds and facilities excellent. Highly recommended

Is a nice hotel with a very beautiful and quiet garden. The hotel services and staff are in line with a european business hotel. Rooms are modern and well equipped, dinner buffet was also ok. Our room on the street side was noisy because of the traffic

I stayed here at the end of my safari and it was the perfect way to recharge after my safari. Amazing showers. I ordered room service and the food was sooo good. I also enjoyed their breakfast buffet which was included. The pool looked nice but it was too chilly outside to use it. The grounds are beautiful and I had a drink at the bar and sat outside relaxing and reading a book. There is also a market that is only a couple blocks away that I went to solo and bought some artwork and other items. I wish I would have stayed here on the first night of my trip as well.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary. When we informed the staff, Jackson, he made sure that our stay became a memorable experience. First the surprise of the specially decorated bed, then a cake at the restaurant. We were with friends because this was a pre safari trip. Our dinner at the Parachichik restaurant was excellent. Food is the best in town. We had gone to a few other restaurants in Arusha but this place is a must. I would stay at this hotel again. The staff and their special touches made all the difference.
