Very nice clean lots of room i enjoyef my stsy berh

The hotel is remodeling. Our room was good. The neighbor is not so much. A lot of begging for money outside the hotel. I found it strange that the lobby is closed, doors locked, between 10 pm and 8 am. There was a number to call is something is needed. The outside doors on the side of the building were left unlocked all night. If those get fixed... it will be a nice place.

Its nice to go to a resonably priced hotel and not be surrounded by hookers and drug dealers. We were surprised how quiet it was and how friendly the staff was as well. They also have around the clock security so my girlfriend and myself felt safe knowing that our car wasnt going to get broken into or when we left our room we wouldnt be bombarded by pan handlers and hookers. We stayed at every motel 6 in albuqurque and they wete all over run with hookers,junkies,pimps and drug dealers. Motel 6 was a nightmare compared to siegal. I would highly reccomend staying there.

I absolutely loved it, my girlfriend, my mother, little sisters and I, had a fantastic stay for an entire week! It made me feel at home with my family!

Terrifying. Freightening. Scary. Do not stay here. The security guard knocked on my door at 1130 pm demanding I open the door. He was6’6”. I had no proof he was safe. He pounded on my door for an hour and a half before the general manager came, checked the computer and realized I belonged there. I called the police and they never came saying they were too busy. After the Gm came and said everything was ok- I packed up and moved to another hotel. Homeless people in the parking lot. Hotel almost abandoned

The manager checked me in. I did not get her name but she was there for 3 weks and from Las Vegas Very Pleasant and upbeat.

this hotel and the super 8 have been bought out and the new hotel will not honor old reservations as I found out the hard way

When we arrived the front desk staff were openly talking about kicking patrons out, having to call the police on certain rooms, and complaints from guests about quality. We get it, sometimes hospitality is a hard industry and needing to vent with coworkers is necessary. We were tired and just ready to check in. When the front desk agent, Tim, gave us our room assignment we noticed it was a smoking room. A mistake I made when booking. My girlfriend has asthma and can’t do a smoking room, I politely asked Tim if we could swap for a non smoking room. His response, “My manager told me I don’t have to honor those kinds of requests.” I was dumbfounded. I proceeded, “well do you just not have any non smoking rooms available?” I would get if that's the case, I made a mistake and if there wasn’t something else available that’s on me. His response, “I haven’t looked at all the reservations yet.” At this point I’m trying not to get upset, we’re tired, we’re in town for a rather tense family reunion, we just want to rest before dinner. I ask if he could check and he says, “My manager said that’s not something I have to do.” Upset I ask what we need to do to switch to a non smoking room, he tells us we can wait an hour and half and if no one else checks in during that time he’ll look into switching us, but no guarantees and he reminded us yet again, “I don’t have to make this switch.” A few mins later a guy walked in and asked for a non smoking room and got it. So they clearly had some.

The room was filthy, smokey, no bathroom fan,dog food on the carpet along the wall, no secure entry doors from the outside, scary people hanging around, room card key did not work - took over an hour to get a key that worked - happened twice, smoke alarm was missing.

This hotel is extremely dirty, and poorly maintained and managed. My room was located on the backside of the building. The outside door leading into the main hallway to my room was wide open. The walls and floors of the hallways leading to my room were very dirty. The bathroom had not been cleaned, and toilet tissue was on the floor outside the bathroom door. The carpet was extremely dirty. The curtains had holes in them, and the bed spread was dirty. The pillows were wafer thin. Rather than sleeping in a filthy crap trap, my wife and I agreed to pay for a single night, checked out and found much cleaner accommodations at a Super Six for a lower price.
