Decided to change hotels, hotel lobby and room smells like tabaco, walked in the room and it was dirty, old shades that had holes.

The place at first look, is definitely not a place we would choose. We made reservations on line, and not refundable. The place is old, outdated, small, no room amenities per say, the bed looked un welcoming, the pillows were tinier than normal, We were afraid to step barefoot on carpeting which was stained, ripped and bumpy. The chair looked slumpy and we never sat on it. Security door at one entry was not working, so anyone could enter. It was depressing, felt un safe. This hotel chain usually is not this bad, we felt lied to by website rating. We endured 3 nights, but we took all our belongings every day.

Dirty hotel,never again will I book this.

On arrival, check in line was very long. Hotel was located in the back of the main Super 8. Room Key was not activated properly, so had to walk alllll the way back to the Lobby, stand in line again and get another set of cards. Carpet was very dirty and lumpy. Several base floor bumps noted, which was not stable for me to walk on since I had recently injured my ankle and was wearing a splint. Very unsafe. Bathroom had no Bath towels. Only found 1 handtowel and 2 wash cloths. Bed was uncomfortable, sheets did not look clean or ironed. Very wrinkled linen. Phone did not work, very unsafe. Especially, when the Fire Alarm went off at 5a.m. and no one knew what was going on, or where to go. Couldn't call front desk, if we were clear. Apologies for my many complaints, but our stay was not comfortable or safe for the amount of money we paid for the room.

Was told on the phone there was a shuttle. Got there no shuttle. Got to my room no towels. Was very tired but had to weight 40 minets for towels. Breakfast was all carbs no protein. I never complain but this hotel has changed that.

This hotel needs a major overhaul everywhere: carpeting is very old, dirty and deteriorating. My room window looked onto a wall ! Pictures did not correspond with reality ! Very old bed cover and very uncomfortable foam pillows! And the free shuttle to the airport that was promised on the reservation, on the website and by phone (2 calls made and shuttled confirmed!!) no longer existed!!! I had to order a taxi and pay 20$ for it ! Extremely disappointing!

My stay there was bad my car was broken into my things were stolen from the vehicle and no security cameras around and not enough lights in parking area they don't tell you that the security cameras are broken the only one that works is up front by the front office

The hotel is run down. Furniture is old, stained and has ciggerette burns even in non smoking rooms. The parking lots is poorly lit, and there arent security cameras. A gentleman had his car atolen with everything in it while i was there, and there wasnt even any security footage on that area of the parking lot. Exterior doors had no locks to keep anyone out, and in my room the security bolt was broken. The hallways smelt bad, and water pressuse was aweful. I wont ever atay here again.

Both rooms were had reserved were dirty when we got to them. All beds looked as if they had just been slept in and the sheets pulled back over the beds. Some of them had hairs in them and one had a very large stain that smelt of urine. We immediately went back to the reception and another client was asking for a different room. We told the receptionist that we were not prepared to stay in the hotel if they couldn't resent us with rooms that were clean and that we'd be leaving and wanted a refund. However he said that only the manager could authorise a refund but that they were not there having left a few minutes earlier. When they were phoned up the next day they were still not available but we were told they would phone back, they didn't. After a few days we managed to contact the manager who said that the refund would have to come via the booking agency we had used online. A very unsatisfactory place, I would not recommend it to anyone.

There were friendly young ladies in front dressed in micro skirts, tattooed, smiling and waving to me. One even asked me out on a date. Breakfast was minimal.
