Quality Inn Brownsville

The room was completely updated , very clean and modern. Loved how large the room was. Only complaint was the tv didn't work, but hopefully they got it fixed. They should also make sure regular cars aren't parked in the EV charging parking spaces because we weren't able to charge because of that. But love to the comfort and cleanliness of the room

Staff was pleasant. Rooms were clean.

Chambre très grande et très confortable, bonne literie, très bien équipée, réfrigérateur / congélateur , micro-ondes, grand écran TV orientable, bureau + canapé table de salon… Petit déjeuner très bien.

Breakfast was surprisingly good more than what you would expect at a motel.

The place had a slight dingy vibe, and the water was oily.

Flight got cancelled the day before arriving imessaged the hotel immediately about 22 hours before checking in to see if I could cancel and not be charged for the full duration atleast. Never heard back no reimbursement won't visit these properties anywhere after this

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Terrible location, and even worse clientele. The place was taken over by unsavory characters that made us feel unsafe throughout the whole stay. Some guys cooking meat in one of the rooms with the door open, stinking the whole place. Loud people yelling at 3 a.m. I don’t know if this situation was a one-off thing, but the impression it gave is that they were dealing with some unruly long-term rentals. A shame, really, because the room was nice and clean, but we couldn’t wait to leave.
