Quality Inn Brownsville

The area is ok

I do have to say the bed was awesome but the cleanliness of the room was not very good, walls were filthy and the ceiling had a huge spot of black mold

Gas smell from parking lot next door. Gas 18 wheelers parked next to hotel

Everything was good, the staff at front desk are very nice, friendly and helpful thanks to Henry, Sergio and Saul. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Worst experience ever. Property decided to give my room to someone else and didn't have a room for me when arrived.

Housekeeping had Excellent service

The hotel was clean a/c worked well. Breakfast was good. Location was perfect and price reasonable

It was convenient for work purposes

The room was okay but not clean, cockroaches on the floor that weren’t swept away, filter coffee pouch left in machine from previous occupant, used coffee cups and pouches not cleared from the counter. Breakfast choice was rubbish, only five tables, paper plates and plastic cutlery. American V8 trucks starting up outside my door at 6:30 and left running for 30min before heading off. The list is endless, will not use quality inns again, as quality is obviously not on their minds.
