"Great staff, outdated room with bad a/c and dirty carpet"

Staff were great, kind and very helpful. My check in was easy peasy. Location is awesome. You can walk to shops and restaurants in Dania Porte. However the room was very outdated and carpet was dirty. A/C wasn't working well and it made too much noise. It made me sick. I was coughing and sneezing every day all the time and I noticed that majority of people had the same issue. I think it's due to the malfunctioning a/c and dirty carpets in the rooms and hallways. This hotel needs a complete renovation. Mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. They also need to be changed. Breakfast was same and very boring every day and there was no alternative. I didn't like it at all. Coffee was also not good. I suggest them to renovate the hotel completely and upgrade the a/c units by replacing with a central system. A/C in the windows are not healthy and they create too much noise.
