"The experience did not meet the statements on the site."

Hotel is not near port. It took a bit to get to the ship. And it was $32 USD for us. Getting from the airport to the hotel took 4 phone calls as the hotel's drivers asked for a reservation and all I had was a Calendry invite. Breakfast was on par with the Marriott. No sit down restrurants near by and it was raining so we grabbed their pizza which was OK.

Staff are all so bad - not accommodating & not even helpful esp the Indonesian at the counter I will never ever return nor refer this hotel . Bed it seems that they didn’t change the beddings still with some dirt in the linen , over all not going to going back to this place .
