"Excellent"

Hotel was across the road from the airport which was great. Great sized room. Good selection for breakfast. However, dinner was ordinary.

The dinner was quite ordinary and a glass of wine was rather expensive.

"Slechte prijs kwaliteit"

Drie persoons kamer geboekt , de derde persoon wordt niet echt serieus genomen het bed dat bijgeschoven wordt dat is meer dan slecht . Ze berekenen volle prijs dan moeten ze ook zorgen voor een fatsoenlijk bed . Receptie was snel zakelijk en speelde een bandje af al met al niet heel best jammer omdat alle andere accomodaties ons hadden verrast onderweg in de positieve zin. Dit hotel heeft Ouderwets slechte service , misbruik makend van de locatie die is top daar maken ze veel goed mee , maar dat derde bed was geen bed maar twee veren en een doorgezakt matje zonder kussen

"Horrific."

Air mad a banging noise. Room was very hot could not sleep. Offered ys another room, but it was near 12 am and we were up for a flight at 3 am. Refused cash compensation!

Not much

Where do i start. Check in. No fault of staff member but lack of English but didn't support the best communication. Room - was musty smelling- no extractor in bathroom- room was apparently accessible but after showering floor was exceptionally slippy. Food- was absolutely appalling- poor choices and on delivery was awful boarding on inedible. Oven chips burnt with nostalgia of 1979. spent excess of 100 quid of food and refreshments. Isle of mann flight diverted no contingency plan for accommodating this plan, staff could not deal with the volume of emergency residence. Which impacted on paying guests being unable to order refreshments which should be bog standard and resulted in a member of staff called Raymond being under so much stress refused service with unprofessional and very impolite approach to paying guests after half hour of guaranteeing we would be served aggressively informing us he was closing the bar . Overall bad experience- not blaming the staff, who clearly need the correct support and training. Raymond was very apologetic on check out and was supportive of any constructive feedback but his colleague who processed check out met us with the same stressed energy that Raymond displayed the evening before. So much customer facing training and quality assurance is needed.
