No cooked breakfast if you have an early flight.

Not the best experience I have to admit, especially with kids. Stopped here the night before our flight and was disappointed with the stay. The service for our meal on the evening was terrible, staff didn’t seem to have a clue what was going on, and we wernt alone in dismay, other customers staying also aired their frustration at the wait times for ordered meals, whilst the resteraunt does display posters detailing the approx wait times for food depending on which time you choose to eat, our time far exceeded this and at one point the waiting staff were going round with note pads and having to re-check who had ordered what and when etc, our kids were extremely fed up by this point and it was hard to manage, the rooms themselves were ok, catered for what you would need basically and were clean. The check in itself was a faff, and we had to fill out all sorts of forms which was a little annoying, it just didn’t feel like straight forward stay at all, everything took time which when you’ve been on the road for Hours with children isn’t particularly what you need and we found it to be rather pricey not just for the stay but for everything in general. We would not stay here again.
