Clean room, great air con which was a godsend in the heatwave! Comfortable bed and decent black out blind.

Several of the plug sockets didn’t work in our room. Breakfast was disappointing. Out of the cooked breakfast items there was only bacon, sausage and hash browns available. No beans, eggs, mushrooms or tomato. There was only a few pieces of white bread left, no brown. The fruit juices were warm. The parking situation was not explained properly to us at check in and we were not told that our registration would need to be validated by the hotel in order for us to get out of the barrier. We found this out when we couldn’t get out and ended up having to go back up to the hotel from the car park exit in order to resolve it.

Not enough staff to tend at snack bar, and long queues for drinks. Only 1 staff serving both

Proximity to airport and transport to city centre

Breakfast was poor, no orange juice, no eggs, no pancake mix. The air conditioning was extremely noisy even when turned off, a constant hum all night and very loud.

Fabulous friendly, helpful staff. In a great location opposite departures. Will definitely stay again, thank you,!
