1.There are activities for the kids. The staff member who was attending to the animals was very nice and accommodating. 2. Location was Great

1.The bathroom needs remodeling. 2. On our 1st day, I was informed by the front desk staff that the hotel doesn't provide tours but a day before we left when we needed to go to an outside restaurant, the front desk offered a taxi that can also provide tours. It would have been nice if it was offered earlier.
