been here for 5 times already..last was with the whole family…we love being here that is why we keep on coming back…generous buffet breakfast…the staff is the hotel’s greatest asset..they would accommodate almost all request you can think of and would go beyond what is expected from them

Customer service and staffs, farm animals

The game room isn’t really free at all and a bit strict. Table tennis/billiards, you have to bring id. Basketball arcade is with token that you have to purchase. Foosball, not working. Water in the aqua slide IS REALLY COLD FOR BABIES AND KIDS. Even us, adults, felt the coldness!! Also, they mention it is heated pool for both main pools but it’s really not.

Kids enjoyed the pools and farm animals.

The check-out process took a bit longer than expected, and they forgot to include the bill for a shake we ordered. They later contacted us via Viber, and we were able to settle it through GCash, which was convenient.
