"Cauchemar"

Personnel très hautin, Nanette à l'aéroport en retard d'une heure Chambre très sale , et très bruyante en face des moteurs de la clim , j'ai pas dormis de tte la nuit ! Vraiment c'est un très mauvais hotel

"Convenient stay after long flight"

Very convenient after a long flight. Great price

Breakfast was unclear in the morning. There’s a coffee bar selling coffee and croissants and the lady took our breakfast voucher without explaining that the restaurant opened for breakfast at 6.30

Very neat and tidy and super comfy. The airport shuttle was great.Nice staff in the restaurant.

It was when I did the check out that they charged the security. Actually I didn't understand it. Hope they refund the excess. Still loved it

"Fine option, but a few rough edges"

This is a fine Westin, but I don’t see myself staying here again due to other options in the area the hotel being a little rough around the edges. The rooms are in good shape at first glance, but are worn and need a little refresh. The location is in a very small townhome neighborhood and one needs to drive to get any food or coffee if you want to avoid the lobby options.

"Turned a Stressful Situation Into a Great Experience"

Gustavo and Karan were amazing. Our flight was diverted due to a medical emergency, and we weren’t able to make it to our final destination—so we ended up arriving after midnight and had to call the hotel. Karan answered right away and was incredibly kind and helpful. Gustavo came to pick us up immediately, was so friendly, and gave us a great late-night food recommendation. They both made everything feel easy and taken care of, even though our plans had completely changed. This is our second time unexpectedly ending up at this hotel, and it’s always been great—but these two truly stood out. Five-star service all around.
