"Great hotel, even better service"

I stayed at the Westin for a recent business trip, and while the hotel itself was comfortable and well-run, the standout part of my experience was the service—especially from Matt. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. From quick assistance to thoughtful recommendations, his professionalism really made a difference. I travel often for work, and this was one of the best examples of customer service I’ve experienced. Matt truly elevated the stay, and it’s a big reason I’d recommend this hotel.

"By far the best airport hotel ever"

The best airport hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything is new and fresh. Great beds, spacious room. Shuttle bus is 15 minutes from the airport. (All the other hotels are 15 minutes from the airport as well). Good service and fast check-in . 10/10

"Comfortable and convenient stay"

Stayed here to be close to the airport (IAD) before our 2A flight. Staff were friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable. They made checking in easy and we were able to park our car for the duration of our trip to Panama for one low price. The airport shuttle runs 24/7 every 30mins so we were able to walk right up and board. No reservations required. I would stay here again if ever in the area or flying out of Dulles.

Our booking included breakfast, when we checked in, we confirmed at the desk that our booking included breakfast but the officious check out agent refused to believe - DESPITE being shown a printed version of our reservation - that breakfast was included. In front of other guests checking out he told me the room rate did NOT include breakfast and we had been charged $50! We will no doubt be charged currency conversion rates too for our refund so I am literally furious - to put it mildly. And as for the breakfast itself... stale pastries - no thanks
