"Very comfortable stay!"

We stayed 26-28 September 2025 (short stay for a wedding we were attending). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was immaculate, very clean! They have a small gym that I was able to use, which was a plus. Nico dealt with our breakfast, and he was amazing!! Even taught us a bit of Italian ❤️

The spa wasn't open when we visited, due to maintenance works.

"Hôtel bien placé mais prestations pas à la hauteur"

L’espace piscine et bain de soleil sont de très bonne qualité. La piscine est très grande ce qui est très agréable. Chambre plutôt spacieuse. L’hôtel est bien situé en plein cœur des lieux incontournables des Pouilles

La qualité du petit déjeuner n’est pas au rendez vous. Très peu de choix et beaucoup de plats en suppléments, quel dommage. Le personnel n’est pas à la hauteur, lors de notre arrivée notre réservation n’avait pas été prise en compte. L’hôtel étant complet sur une partie de notre séjour, ils ont essayé de nous reloger dans un autre hôtel qui ne présentait absolument pas les mêmes caractéristiques. Le personnel nous a bien fait sentir que nous gênions et que nous devions accepter leur proposition. Il a fallu « batailler » pour avoir ce que nous avions au final payer, à savoir 3 nuits d’hôtel… ce n’est pas très sérieux.

La chambre

Le petit déjeuner pas très copieux où alors il faut payer en plus pour avoir plus il ferait mieux d augmenter la chambre et de faire des petits déjeuner plus copieux . On ne resterait pas plus longtemps !
