"Blij dat ik hier snel weg kon."

Ruime parking voor de deur met mooie ingang naar het hotel. Zacht WC papier, voor de rest kon ik echt niets positief meer bedenken.

Hotel lijkt mooi op foto's, maar ligt naast een industriezone. Alles is verouderd en meermaals gerenoveerd. Uitzicht was verschrikkelijk, platte daken en lelijke dakconstructies om op te kijken. Het krioelde van de muggen, een raam openen was nagenoeg onmogelijk. De kamers waren alles behalve functioneel, vuil en er stond zelfs schimmel in de inloopdouche. Het ontbijt was verschrikkelijk, bijna niets was voorhanden, nog nooit gezien, zelfs niet in Zimbabwe. Personeel is niet vriendelijk, al bij al het slechtste hotel dat ik in jaren ben tegen gekomen.

Il parcheggio è molto comodo e gratuito e accettano cani, tuttavia solo in camera.

In prenotazione avevo richiesto un letto matrimoniale avendo una bimba neonata che dorme in mezzo al letto con noi, tuttavia hanno usato due materassi singoli per creare il matrimoniale, non molto sicuro in più i materassi erano anche molto scomodi. Non hanno alcun servizio base in camera come un bollitore, che per me era essenziale per sterilizzare i biberon e fare il latte. Quindi dovevo andare al bar anche di notte per farmi riempire le borracce e lo staff a momenti storceva il naso. L'hotel accetta cani tuttavia possono stare solo in camera e non possono accedere nemmeno nell'area ristoro. Il frigo non funzionava e nemmeno la cassaforte. Sinceramente da un 4 stelle mi aspetto molto molto di più. Fortunatamente mi sono fermata solo una notte.
