"A very pleasent stay in the nice winter resort of Arties"

The location, in the middle of the nice Arties village. The sense of ‘brand ownership’ of the hotel staff (the hotel is part of ‘Paradores’, a Spanish hotel group).

The electrical plugs of the hotel room could benefit from done upgrades.

"No lo recomendaria"

La habitación no tenia aire acondicionado que funcionase, y era una buhardilla y era un fin de semana muy caluroso. Pasamos una noche muy muy mala, a las 4 de la mañana bajamos a recepción para que nos cambiasen de habitación o alguna solución, nos dicen que el hotel esta lleno y nos dan un ventilador. El ventilador no quitaba el calor que hacia obviamente. A la mañana siguiente al hacer el chekout, nos dice que les pasa con mas clientes que se quejan de lo mismo. Es un poco estafa que les pase a mas gente e igualmente sigan dando esas habitaciones. Muy mal. No volveria ni lo recomendaría.
