La ubicación

En nuestra habitación no funcionaba la calefacción. Y tuvimos que dormir una noche a 20 grados con una temperatura exterior de -3º. El segundo día tuvimos que lidiar con una recepcionista muy desagradable que no nos daba ningúna solución. Literalmente lo que dijo fue: “el hotel necesita reformas y la calefacción funciona mal en algunas habitación. No se puede hacer nada. Tendrán que dormir a 20 grados”. Tras muchas quejas, conseguimos que nos cambiasen de habitación y poder pasar la segunda noche a una temperatura razonable.
