Amazing hotel staff amazing food fantastic
Loved this hotel, staff all very friendly and helpful. We did choose a suite which was very nice, worth paying extra for. The service in the restaurant in the evening was a bit slow on a couple of occasions but worth the wait as the food was excellent, breakfast in the morning was very good as well.

We had previously stayed at the hotel many years ago - it did not reach the previous standards. Dinner was OK - service "tried too hard", Breakfast good Rooms were comfortable, in spite of heating and TVs being a little intermittent in working in all 4 rooms booked. gave the comments to the onsite team and was told to put them in writing - which i did - but no response received form the hotel management/owners (so suspect that they are not overly bothered)
The room was lovely, nice sized bathroom with good shower and bath facilities. Staff were always polite, friendly and helpful with nothing being to small. Easy access to all locations on the island.

The experience was relaxing. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable of the island.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our room was a little small and looked out on the extractor fan from the kitchen. This meant that if we opened the only window we got the cooking smells from the kitchen into the room. Our room was therefore very stuffy with us relying on the air conditioning unit to freshen the air. Whilst this isn’t a complaint, my wife and I found the food in the restaurant over-facing, with the result that we stopped eating dinner in the hotel. I would suggest that the hotel offers a different bar food menu in the bar for guests who don’t want the a la carte menu. We would go back to the hotel - but we would make sure we booked early to get a larger room with a balcony.
