Our room wasn’t that clean as we had dirty covers on bedside table with tea stain and hairs, and there was a stain on the bedding.

No longer air conditioning, fans a poor substitute on hottest day in May. Had to open window to breathe but room is above noisy restaurant terrace below. Little or no sleep. Not acceptable at over £100 for the night.

Have stayed here several times.while visiting my son. The hotel is clean, staff are helpful and friendly and polite. There are rooms both in the main building and separate. Several on ground level which is great as the building unfortunately has no lift.

Located right in the centre of Berkhamsted. Comfortable clean room, no problems.

Difficult to find! Only a tiny sign at the front, which we missed.

Room was large but cluttered.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff and well located on the High Street.

Radiator was kicking out heat and it was way too hot in our room, being in the middle of May you wouldn’t expect the heating to still be on!
