Conveniently situated in town, friendly and obliging staff. Good shower, reasonably comfortable bed

I was there for two nights but my room wasn't serviced after the first night, bed not made , bins not emptied etc.

Great central location.

Poor state of repair, dirty carpet, holes in the net curtain. When requesting further teabags and milk for our second night, none were available.

"Very disappointing. Lady on reception offered a 50% discount - awaiting credit through credit card."

Lack of cleanliness. Gaps in pulled curtains. Room at ground level and windows were not frosted - people could see into room if curtains were not drawn. Shower-head broken to extent that water sprayed across the room.
