Haytor Hotel

I was really surprised that the Haytor was so lovely. Great ambience, superb breakfast, great welcome, comfortable, really my well located .

The immediate friendliness and care and attention of the fabulous hosts. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and beautifully cooked. Fabulous location, we will definitely be back. Thank you to the wonderful John and Jane!

Beautiful property with the most wonderful proprietors. Location is ideal, just up the road from downtown center and restaurants. Would highly recommend without hesitation.

Friendly and helpful staff

The hotel Hosts John & Jane were so welcoming and friendly throughout our stay, using our names at breakfast to giving advice about the area. Our expectations of the room were not only met but went beyond our request. The breakfast was not just served professionally but lots of it and all freshly prepared. It seemed both John & Jane would do anything to make the stay relaxing and enjoyable. We will be looking to book direct for a return visit in May/June 2025 and look forward to staying at this fabulous Hotel once again.

We received a really warm and friendly welcome, which extended into attentive service throughout. A really lovely personal touch which is increasingly hard to find. Everything was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had, truly delicious.
