The service was exceptional! The owners are on site and are very accommodating. We were even given another night in a 30 minute span of checking out. A mix of Greek and English are spoken. The views were outstanding!

Enjoyed my stay. Very nice pool, big rooms, comfy, parking lot (not secured), helpful staff.

Property was as expected. The property didnt reply to calls or message before our checkout. Spa tub wasnt working

Perfect location with safe parking. Only few minutes walk to the town center. Beautiful rooms and swimming pool. The cleaning team was amazing.Everything was always spotless. Mario was very friendly and always available with our requests. Everything was perfect.We highly recommend and we will be back.

Perfect location for exploring Istanbul. Great staff especially young fellow at the front desk. No complaints at all. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Staff eating breakfast at same time as guests whilst tables were full of dirty plates.

Customer service was poor. It was not very clean - the towels were old and the floors were not clean.

This was reasonably cheap for Fira but still on the expensive side. It has a pool and some views of ocean beyond the car park and dual carriageway (not sunset side). The decor and facilities are outdated and the worst was staff, I tried phoning the hotel 3x to ask about best way to travel from port to hotel and each time the lady on the phone just kept putting the phone down on me. On checkout day our ferry was cancelled due to bad weather, hotel just told us they have no rooms and nothing they can do. Other hotels helped their guests find alternative accommodation and also said if rooms were cancelled they could offer it to them. We wasted more then half a day in stress looking for alternative but ended up with a cheaper and much better place in Kamari.

Great little hotel, with nice pool and convenient location in Thira. Excellent value for money!
