This might have been the most disgusting hotel ever. 1st the drain in the middle of the bathroom floor has dirty water sitting in it & smells so bad, every time you turn on any water it filled up. 2nd the shower looked dirty & grimey, we did not want to stand in it w/ our bare feet. 3rd the pool was the best feature, but had garbage in it. Also every time I asked for pool towels she would give me the run around & tell me they were outside & they were never there. It was also very loud in the morning (I think the staff setting up for breakfast) but lots of banging & stomping which woke us up very early every morning. Great location, bad hotel, can find others that are cleaner in the area.

Hello I am writing this message to express my disappointment with this reservation . I’ve waited till the end of my 3 week long vacation to express how unsatisfied I was . During my stay at the “ hotel “ from august 16th till the 20th I was surprised to see ants all over the corners of the room upon my arrival ( see attached pictures). My boyfriend and I were quite frankly disgusted. We told the hotel clerk and she said it’s ant season because it’s summer. Let me tell you that they were nesting in that room and there was so many of them! They were “swept” the following morning (aug 18). On the morning of the 19th , I spotted a very OLD lollipop under my bed stuck to the floor with ANTS on it ! I did not take a picture because on my way out to go tell the hotel clerk, the cleaning lady was at my door and I told her and she begged me not to tell and that she would remove it. I mean do they clean with their eye closed ? I am asking a partial or full refund because this hotel didn’t even reach the minimal of my expectation and it was quite disgusting Thank you.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Good location central to everything

This hotel is close to the town centre but far enough away to escape the noise! It was relaxing to escape the crowds and relax by the pool.

The location is near a the Fira bus stop and the sunrise view is amazing. The bathrooms are tiny and not very updated but it isn’t awful. Overall we enjoyed our visit and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Good location in Fira. Only a 5 minute walk to the cliff side with all the restaurants, cafes and picturesque views. Pool was perfect for mid day when it got too hot to explore. The rooms were decent size and clean

Great location friendly staff. Only a few issues, firstly the access to an iron it was never returned from another customer so did not get it. Shower was quite small even for a small person would have loved for a bigger space or maybe a glass wall rather than a curtain.

Mario was really friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, the hotel is located near the bus station and Fira town square.

Nice hotel, nearby the bus station and 5 minute walk in Thira. Clean hotel, and good staff.

Hotel with private parking if you are renting a car and don’t want to park on the street or public parking lot.
