Please contact the hotel in advance if you plan to arrive after 18:00. Garage parking is available for CHF 35 per day. Please note that in the Grand Restaurant, gentlemen are kindly asked to wear a jacket and shirt (smart casual; no jeans). In the restaurants La Collina, The Basement and La Brezza Arosa, there is no dress code. Please note that extra beds are only available in suites. On gala evenings, including New Year’s Eve, a dinner jacket for gentlemen and elegant attire for ladies are required.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Das wirklich sehr freundliche Personal.

keine Klimaanlage, im Zimmer waren 26 Grad Celsius in der Nacht. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer und des gesamten Hotels ist gewöhnungsbedürftig - aber Geschmäcker sind ja verschieden.

We loved the big and beautiful room with every detail to make you stay unforgettable. The staff is very friendly and supportive. We loved the live music every night with the piano, it made the atmosphere very relaxing and charming. The private transport to the mountains is truly amazing and having all the cable cars included as well. Also they have private transport to the city with very nice and comfy cars. The breakfast was amazing, very delicious.

The water at the Spa, we find it a little bit cold, not nice for us to stay for longer. Also we didn’t understand how the water circuit works.

Ein wunderbares Hotel mit allerbestem Service, an der Rezeption, beim Concierge, vor allem im Restaurant, sehr schöner Weltklasse-Spa. Da meine Frau Geburtstag hatte, brachte das Hotel einen Überraschungskuchen aufs Zimmer. Das war wirklich sehr aufmerksam und allerliebst.
