Please contact the hotel in advance if you plan to arrive after 18:00. Garage parking is available for CHF 35 per day. Please note that in the Grand Restaurant, gentlemen are kindly asked to wear a jacket and shirt (smart casual; no jeans). In the restaurants La Collina, The Basement and La Brezza Arosa, there is no dress code. Please note that extra beds are only available in suites. On gala evenings, including New Year’s Eve, a dinner jacket for gentlemen and elegant attire for ladies are required.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. The hotel location was excellent for skiing - ski in/ski out. A bit removed from the center of town, but still within easy reach. The hotel was a typical Swiss Grand Hotel, with a mixture of top modern (Spa area) and 20th century Nostalgia (lobby design). The rooms seemed freshly renovated and where very spacious with excellent view (South side), a pillow menu, turn down service, a spacious bath(room) etc. Top notch! The breakfast area was good, with ample choices and on demand egg order service.

The water in the main swimming pool was not too warm, especially in the whirlpool area. The hotel guests are quite reserved and distinguished, proper for a Grand Hotel. Not so much for families or bachelors :)
