Please contact the hotel in advance if you plan to arrive after 18:00. Garage parking is available for CHF 35 per day. Please note that in the Grand Restaurant, gentlemen are kindly asked to wear a jacket and shirt (smart casual; no jeans). In the restaurants La Collina, The Basement and La Brezza Arosa, there is no dress code. Please note that extra beds are only available in suites. On gala evenings, including New Year’s Eve, a dinner jacket for gentlemen and elegant attire for ladies are required.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. "Fairytale"

It’s so nice that there still are hotels where taking care of guests hasn’t been cut of the expenses list yet. Old fashioned place where you actually feel respected and welcomed. My favorite hotel not only in Switzerland but worldwide so far.

I hate it that I not wealthy enough yet to spend more time here:)

Great staff, good food, beautiful views. The private Tschuggen Express cable car is extremely convenient and takes you right to all the hiking trails. Pass for all the Arosa cable cars is included. Only small drawback for the summer, is there is no AC, but it's perfectly safe to just keep the balcony door open at night to cool the room down.
