lack of air conditioning/ventilation in the toilette, after the shower the humidity in the air in the bathroom but also in the bedroom was very high.

This hotel was perfect for our 4 day vacation. Short walk from the Interlaken OST train station. We took the train everyday to Grindelwald, and Lauterbrunnan so this was very convenient. It's also a short walk to the Harder Kulm funicular and the downtown area. The room was small but modern and very nice. We had a great view of the mountains and the coy pond from our room. The hotel restaurant was cozy and charming and was great for both breakfast and dinner. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here.
