Such value for money. Great location. The best chocolate fondue that I had on my trip. Rooms were comfy and a great view over the Japanese garden. Staff were amazing and so friendly. Breakfast was great value!

Apparently most hotels in Switzerland are not allowed to run AC before May 15th and it was warm. We opened up the windows to cool it down and luckily we brought our white noise makers or the outside noise would have been a problem. Also I would have liked somewhere a bit closer to the train station.

Had a good time! The rooms were a decent size and spotless and nice view of the church.. The staff were friendly. Location was perfect.

Breakfast was average. I had sent multiple messages that it was my sisters birthday on the 27th April however there was no acknowledgement and no one made it special for her. A little pricey for two nights stay.

部屋が広くて綺麗でバスタブもあり、大変満足できるホテルです。またスイスにきても泊まりたいホテルです。 エアコンもあり、夜も快適に寝れました。バスタブも自分の家よりも大きくて、疲れて足もお湯の中でマッサージ出来ました。スタッフも感じがよく、早く着いたのにすぐにチェックインしてくれました。モーニングも美味しく大満足です。リクエストをしてたので、グレードアップ⤴️してくれてめちゃくちゃ良かったです。夜は一階のレストランでサラダやチーズフォンデュ、デザートを食べて美味しかったです。レストランの雰囲気も良かった。 ありがとうございました😊

The room cleaning can be much better. The showing dust on the room floor and some small hair pieces on the bathroom floor still remain even after the room cleaning is done

The location is excellent, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely touch.
