Hôtel Préalpina

Room was clean, bed was very hard. The room we stayed in was near the elevator (407) and you could hear it all night pinging when arriving on the floor. The corridor had a lot of echo which transferred into the room. Luckily these noises subsided later in the evening. Towels had stains, which made them off colour. The views from the balcony were stunning!

A poor experience. The hotel had a wedding on a Saturday and closed the bar and restaurant to other guests. No prior warning, no refund, or even a bottle of wine. Had to eat in Vevey. The restaurant is only open 3 days a week, no lunch service and no proper bar. The rooms are small, basic, but comfortable. The highlight of the hotel are the views but if you want food and drink avoid this one

This hotel was a hidden gem! We expected a cute place in wine country but this far exceeded our expectations! It was the perfect location with a gorgeous view. Highly recommend staying here!

It was so hot in the room since no air conditioning. We asked for a fan and even with it it was very warm during the day

NO PLUGS in the bathroom. Major hassle for women getting ready. No washcloths?? This was very inconvenient. Strange bathtub without a hook to hold the handle high enough to stand in the 1/2 shower. The breakfast and view were outstanding. Our room was a really nice size and clean. Just a few inconveniences that I got used to after a couple days.

Very basic hotel, no air con, no restaurant or lounge. Amazing views and location. Very friendly staff

Lake Geneva facing hotel on a hill. Older but nicely maintained hotel. Free parking. Pleasantly surprised for relatively low price.
