Hôtel Préalpina

This is a nice hotel with incredible views of Lake Geneva and the Swiss alps. If you decide to stay here, pay the extra and get a lake view room. Definitely worth it.

The hotel couldn't be in a more beautiful location. The view from our room was STUNNING! The room itself was large, the bathroom was nice and there was plenty of space. The room was very warm, but we were able to open the window and it cooled down quickly. My only note (not a complaint, because this is really just a preference) is that the beds were hard...VERY HARD. Worth a stay!

Stayed with family. It is at good location with French Alps view. Good family room and great and friendly staff.

This hotel apart from an amazing view over the lake doesn’t offer much. The hotel itself needs a proper renovation. I don’t get the dirty curtains in the bedrooms (we booked 3 bedrooms and all had dirty or ruined curtains). Massive potential to become a proper 4 star hotel. Not the cleanest. Breakfast okish but for a 4 star you would expect more. We only booked it because it was the most convenient considering the crazy prices around the country.

Good breakfast and room always clean. The view beautiful. The structure may need a bit of refreshing

Amazing property

The front counter staff are impolite during check out. The toilet seat ask for repair and it doesn’t fixed. Inconvenient if without transport. So think twice before you book

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Wood hard bed. Paper thin pillows. We actually stayed for an hour and left after deciding that we can't stay even one night.

Nice views ans friendly staff. Hotel apparently had a pre- booked wedding so no available facilities such as a bar or restaurant were not available - only vending machine. Then the room had no tea/ coffee condiments and the shower flooded into the room.
